Kevin is an Arizona-licensed Home Inspector with over 40 years of experience in commercial and residential construction.

Kevin earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Ohio State University in 1983. Over the past four decades, he has successfully managed multiple complex projects ranging from high-end resorts, to hospitals, to homes.

He was trained by the American Home Inspector Training Institute, a premier national training company in Phoenix, including both classroom and field instruction. He has been licensed as a Home Inspector in Arizona since May of 2015.
